my foreskin is pretty tight, it does not move back beyond the top thick head. sometimes when it is flacid (not so errect), I can pull it back gently, especially during showers and clean it. However if it is errect, it may move back a little exposing only 1/4 of the head.

Also I have noticed that during showers when it is semi errect, and I bring it back beyond the head, the head looks pretty clean (pink) I mean looks clean, however the lower part is kindof not the same. It is slightly whitish in color and does not look good.

Please suggest me ways to pull it back well when it is fully errect, any ointment or lotion. You understand ? the very basic reason is the opening of the skin is not wide. Also I am a virgin as I believe that this foreskin does not let my penis grow to its fullest and I fear that I will be humilliated in front of the girl. Also if I can try Viagra to see how it helps; any place where I can buy without the doctors prescription? Thanks in advn

You have received some very outlandish answers. You do NOT need to be circumcised and should avoid it at all cost! You probably do not have a problem at all, but for reassurance ask your family doctor about it. And don't be embarrassed - doctors have heard it all before, believe me. Your doctor will probably tell you that you are completely normal. Chances are you are just too young to fully retract it. But he can tell you how to stretch it if you need to have that done. You absolutely do not need circumcision - that is absurd! And the foreskin will in no way keep you from growing normally.

Don't take Viagra! It's got nothing to do with foreskin problems, and it can be very dangerous if misused.

Girls do not care about what your penis looks like. That's strictly a guy thing. And any girl who would say something humiliating is a cruel little twit that you shouldn't be bothering about. There are, sadly, mean girls who like to say nasty things about guys to make themselves feel powerful, but that's about them, not about you.

You have a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin opening is either too tight or too small. If you can pull it back gently while flaccid to clean it, by all means do so, this'll help you resolve the problem easier. Make sure you wash the entire area with water and mild soap during a shower, and dry the area with a towel. The slight whitish color could be due to smegma that, while in normal and small amounts isn't harmful, could be a source of irritation if allowed to build up.

The first thing you should try are stretching exercises. These exercises resolve phimosis in the majority of cases. Basically, take two fingers and stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go without pain or major discomfort (like increasing its radius) by hooking a finger on either side of the opening. It's a bit difficult to describe and may take a few tries. This is best done after your shower. Do this exercise for a few minutes each for a few weeks to a month. Usually that's all you'll need to do.

If this doesn't work there are prescription creams that'll help when used with the exercises. If that doesn't work you may want to consider surgical intervention (though not necessarily a circumcision as a first choice). See the links for more info. Oh, and Viagra won't help your condition.

You might get a doctor to help loosen an overtight foreskin.
Or consider getting circumcised?
Either way, don't let this problem continue and reduce your pleasure now or in the future.
Viagra helps guys who have difficulties getting erect.
It will do nothing for your reported problem.

I had the exact same problem and a few years ago I went to the doctor who recommended circumcision.
I was in my twenties at the time I had it done and I have no regrets. I still have lots of sensation in the head of my penis many years after having it done.
It will be uncomfortable for a few weeks after having it done while it heals and you will be in hospital over 1 night then allowed home.
Your doctor can recomend the best course of action for you. Ask him.
A circumcised penis is a lot easier to keep clean also because no smegma build up occurs.

Check keep stretching it. I would do anything to keep my foreskin as you will loose most all of the feeling in your penis if let someone talk you into getting circumcised.

You need to have a minor surgery on your foreskin to relieve the tightness. I don't think you would need a regular circumcisn, but that is another alternative.

If it isn't completely clean, then you can infect someone with the bacteria/viruses found in the smegma residue.

No, you cannot legally buy Viagra without a prescription. You might try asking a friend who has some. But, why would you want to use Viagra? Your message indicates that you get erections, even by yourself in the shower. Viagra is for guys who cannot get erections. Skip the drug route.

Viagra will not help only make it worse. Check it out with your primary care physician. Get a second opinion from a urologist. If you are a late adolescent or adult, consider circumcision. It is the only cure for phimosis. Inability to clean the whole glans, at least twice a day, will invite infection and a lot of discomfort. Check out the websites below.

I get the impression friend, that you're too embarassed to see your doctor. The best advice I've read hear is to visit your GP. As someone else mentioned, he's heard everything. Your GP is the one you should have a chat to. Go talk to him and don't feel embarassed!

viagra will do nothing- so forget THAT

your penis will work perfectly well in its present state and no young lady will be that bothered. They certainly wouldn't humiliate you about it!

If you can masturbate OK then it will do the business ok with a lady.

Ignore any advice about stretching exercises, or special "creams" . they are rubbish.

See a doctor and maybe a small operation is called for. You don't need to get the full "american" mutilation if it is not medically required.

Waht I am saying is that a doctor will only authorise an operation if it is medically indicated. So he will have a look and decide. Doctors have seen everything, don't be embarrassed.

YOU ARE PERFECTLY NORMAL.

This sounds like phimosis, which is a pretty serious condition. You should see a urologist or your family doc ASAP. They may recommend treatment to clear your infection (the whitish stuff) as well as surgery to either stretch the foreskin or, in extreme cases, circumcision. (Be sure to let your doc know if this is a religious reason) Also, don't try viagra w/o a drs rx; not only is it illegal, it's very dangerous to your heart, and can cause priapism, which can cause permanent damage to your penis, basically rendering it useless. And don't try to force the foreskin back...this can damage not only nerves, but also cause infections, etc.
