Alright I'm a 19 Year old guy and I can honestly say that I have never masturbated in my life. I was always taught when I was young that this was wrong.

I've had the urge to touch myself down their but never actually did it. I was also taught that you should not do anything sexual until you are married and this has cause several girls to break up with me and call me a loser.

Anyways is it normal for people to masturbate or do sexual things before marriage or was a told a bunch of lies.

i do overall body workout sessions 4 times a week and each time working on all muscle groups

i run 2 miles per day, 4-5 times a week

i heard that if you take too much protein, it just becomes fat so please recommend me how much i should take without overdoing it.
