i am 14 and my brother is 17, we do weights 3 times a week and a run or 4 days of weights no run, we will sitck with 3 days and a run, is this a good choice?

My knees click and crack all the time. I can make my sternam crack to and my shoulders sometimes clunk and click. Why is this? I am a very healthy, fit 33 year old male. I eat well and am active. Should I worry? And dont tell me to goto the doctor, I have and he just sends me home. An osteopath said I should not worry at all as it is a myth that clicking/cracking joints result in arthritis later in life

My boyfriend gags and almost throws up then has to put his ciggerette out. But it doesnt make him quit smoking. He doesnt believe going to the doctors so i dont no what to do. But he works ovr nite shifts and works during the day at his car shop so he doesnt get much sleep. He drinks energy drinks and i just think hes really unhealthy. I want him to go get a chek up but i dont no how to tell him to make him agree with me insted of him just sayning NO im not going.. ya no.. I really hope theres someone out there who can help! thanks

Is it normal to feel really tired even though I get a good night's sleep? I am extremely worried about this, and i have also got a new job in which I start next Tuesday, I am wondering will it affect me doing my job, I will be working for Tesco, I don't want to fall asleep on the job if you know what I mean?
I would appreciate any help on this matter!

The white area is located on the bottom part of my scrotum.
I also noticed its alittle more sensitive than the normal areas of my scrotum. For example, when I touch the white area with my nail it feels really sharp compared to the normal colored area of my scrotum. please any advice???

I'm Irish... and I for one am WAAAYYY more attracted to the opposite sex then most men.
