CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO! Don't listen to people who tell you to do situps. If you want a smaller stomach, you need to burn the fat off. Situps build muscle underneath your fat and essentially your stomach gets bigger. You need to do aerobic activity that gets your heartrate up. You don't want to work for any lengthy period of heartrate that has you struggling to catch your breath, and you can't talk. When you are at that point, you are no longer burning fat, but you begin burning your other energy sources like carbs. You need to get to that point everyonce in a while during your workout so you can build your endurance up and begin to work harder, but the best thing you can do right know is make sure you are moving and sweating. If you have access to a gym, use a treadmill or eliptical machine. If they offer group fitness classes, take them. Don't waste time doing exercises for your inner and outer thighs...those muscles are so small to begin with there is not much sense in trying to tone them. What you can do is do stretches for the inner and outer thighs to stretch the muscle and make it longer and less bulky. These are things like high kicks, cresent kicks, splits. If you don't have a gym, then try and get to your local track, jog your neigborhood or jump rope. When you get a good cardio routine going, then you ad your situps, pushups, squats, etc., so that you tone your muscles, but nothing spectacular in the beginning.
Switch your diet up too. Allow yourself a cheat day and change your eating and workout routines often.
Also, I am a huge advocate for boxing, or martial arts training. Try it if you have the opportunity!

2) walk side ways
3) Hide u r *** in darkness

Depending on your gender and age. Younger people, and men lose weight easier. Walk 2 miles everyday, join an aerobics class, and stay away from McDonalds

i found that i watched what i ate stopped picking between meals and walked to work and back everyday but if i want crap to eat i ate it and i've lost three stone in 18 months. maybe try the same
