I had a sharp pain in right testicle for about 4 months now. I already went to see my doctor and he checked it for hernia and STD’s and every thing is ok. Do any of you have similar problem as mine?

Take a hammer (the bigger the better) and hit your left testicle as hard as you can. You won't even notice the right one anymore.

Well, after four months....if it was painful, why didn't you do something then...there are other doctors and STD is unlikely to cause pain without swelling. Did he check for torsion? Exactly what did he do...how did he examine you? Some pain is called referred pain...we feel the pain in one place but the cause is actually in a different place...including kidney stones....a small stone could be lodged in the ureter...causing partial blockage. I am a physician and I can not understand why patients delay in seeking advice and treatment, often to their own detriment. Get the problem solved and consult a urologist. You will get a lot of advice about cancer, and your tight underwear but without a thorough exam, you won't know.

Since your doctor does not find anything wrong medically, we have to look for other causes. Have you put on some weight recently? Make sure that your briefs are not too tight. Wearing tight briefs can create pressure on testicles. A brief a size larger ( or switching to boxers) may solve your problem!
