I am extremely worried about this, and i have also got a new job in which I start next Tuesday, I am wondering will it affect me doing my job, I will be working for Tesco, I don't want to fall asleep on the job if you know what I mean?
I would appreciate any help on this matter!

You don't mention your weight. But that has a lot to do with how you feel and how sick your organs get.

The following is from the book THE FAT FLUSH PLAN> and my father had kidney problems also and it was recommended by his Dr.

Go to a health food store and buy a pint of CRANBERRY CONCENTRATE (Unsweetened)
Pour 8 ounces into a gallon of water. You will get two gallons out of the pint. At an independent health food store, not GNC (they are more expensive) it will cost $16.98 for the pint.

Go to the drug area of Walmart or wherever you shop. Buy sugar free CITUSIL.

First thing each morning pour 8 ounces of the juice into a glass and mix one scoop of the Citrusil into it. Let set a minute or so to dissolve.

Drink this morning and night. The cranberry will purge your kidneys, make sure you are drinking the equivalent of a 6 pack of 16 or 20 ounce water every day. The Citrusil will add fiber and get your digestive system moving, moving, moving. Do the drink first thing in the am and last thing at night.

In about 2 weeks my system has purged out alergies and other issues caused by weight and medications I have to take.

Try these couple of things and work on eating a good diet, no sugars or JUNK food. These things should help you to feel better. If after the two gallons of cranberry you are still very fatigued, you might want to speak to your Dr. about more tests.

Good Luck on the new job.

I have Kidney problems myself and I can say yes you will get tired more often but this shouldn't affect your job. If you eat right, drink plenty of water, exercise, rest and relax as much as possible. I lead a pretty normal life. I have looked into many different ways to relax I suggest you do the same find what works for you. We live in a fast pace stressful time if you don't relax and relieve stress a full night sleep won't completely recoup you.

Also avoid caffeine since this is already hard on your kidneys plus it is a fake energy boost.
