hi iam in 14 years old i have a normal tall but who can tell me how to be taller and like i said i am not short but all i want is to be a little taller so who can tell me thing i can do or medicines that make me grow up faster

You are 14, you are gonna grow a ton taller in just a couple of years, enjoy being a kid. Try platform shoes and excersize a lot and you can grow taller. Stay away from Caffiene and any drugs also.

Try including some dietary supplements in your diet like proteins which are the best and make you grow tall

it depends, how old are you? if you dont try to build muscle mass while you are in your growing stage you will grow taller. But if you are past your growing age....give up...oh wait it says your 14

human growth hormone, very expensive, only doctors can do it, and you are already too old, so forget it.
