Just because something is natural, it doesn't mean it is safe or effective. Cialis and viagra are person dependent meaning some people have better success with one or the other. Viagra is effective only for around 4-5 hours meaning after that, you would need to take another (which isn't recommended, wait until the next day). Cialis (I call it the weekend warrior) has a window of 36 hours. This means it can be taken on a friday and you can expect benefits until sunday. I would recommend asking your doc for one and if you don't like it, try the other.
