Other than pain, would getting hit cause permanent damage to tissue, perhaps leading to a decrease in male fertility?

I'm talking about, for example, getting kicked with a soccer ball, getting kicked/punched, or getting shot with a paintball from long-distance.

The person was able to walk somewhat normally after around 10 minutes for the soccer ball, and after a couple of minutes for the other two scenarios.

Religious practice and medical problems aside, it seems barbaric to remove a part of the body that causes no harm. I keep hearing the argument that it is cleaner and prevents diseases but in the UK, where boys are not generally circumcised, I have never come across anyone who has had a problem with their foreskin. Surely a shower/wash a day is all that is needed. What do other people think?

I'm really depressed about this. I don't have any confidence in bed at all because of this. I'm really emabarassed to show it to my girl. I'm good looking (compared to most guys). Hi, I am 24 years old boy. is a flat bed truck driver for a living so there is strenuous activity often, nothing in particular occurred, but severe shoulder and side pain along with coughing up blood. was taken to e.r. overnite (before the blood in his cough started) are they related and how serious is the issue? had been coughing and having pain for 4 days before the blood (which is now happening with every strong cough) is perscribed pain meds and muscle relaxers..... is 35 years old.
