It could be an ingrown pimple. Since the penis has pores as well as your back, chest, and face, it is quite possible to get a pimple. If this is the case, use a cold compress to get the whitehead to show up, pop it, then apply like Neosporin or something like that. It'll get better within a few days.
My guess is that it's nothing to worry about, but if you are very concerned, see your doctor about it.

You need to make an appointment with your doctor A.S.A.P. Your doctor can rule out if it is cancerous, benign or maligment or if it just something else. Good luck.

It is probably not cancer but may be an STD. You should be checked by a doctor or nurse

women with cancer do have lumps on their breasts.... but maybe this is diffrent. see a doctor
