Does anyone have any suggestions on how to increase testosterone levels naturally OR are there any products on the legal retail market that will enhance these levels dramatically, my levels are below 200, which is very low for a man and it effects ( I believe ) every aspect of my life........Can anyone help

i hope i can offer some solid advice. you need to see a urologist; have him recheck yor testosterone levels. if they are below 200, there are patches and shots of testosterone that can be administered for daily or monthly use. Androgel is one of the most popular testosterone supplements. I spread it on my abdoman daily to increase my level. so far, it's working very well. my last blood work came back in the high/normal range.
the dr. wants me to stay on Androgel a little while longer to see if i can get a reading in the high level before he takes me off the drug.
i feel comfortable reommending this drug for you to use. it has given me an increased sex drive, stiffer and longer lasting hard-ons, and the ability to complete the act (solo or w/my wife) to orgasm. in essence, it's made me feel like a new man.

Well first off, you should be talking to your doctor. They can give you the proper stuff that will increase it. There is no natural way to do it. Products say that they can, but they can't. you can go to a drug store or a vitamen store and get some pills to increase testosterone, but they wont increase it dramatically. If you want that, you should consult your doctor. That is the only way you will get the results that you want.
