I have seen a lot of natural medicine that intent to help in this issue but I did not find any cientific information about how to treat thsi condition. I'm taking medication for High blood prasure for more that 5 years, but this condition start just 3 or 4 month ago.Thank you

Because you have high blood pressure you must be very careful about using herbs or any "natural" remedies. You should never trust the advertisements of the manufacturers of these products because they generally have not been tested for efficacy or safety.
If you want to use products of that sort you should consult a professional trained in their use.
If you have a low testosterone level testosterone may increase your libido but once again only under a doctor's supervision

Pharmaceutical drugs are "blockers" and do not normally heal the underlying ailment. They generally work by suppressing natural functions such as certain essential enzymes. Because of this process, results are often "instant" and as such there is sometimes a place for these powerful prescription drugs in the case of life threatening emergencies.

In contrast, natural products such as herbs, vitamins, etc. are "enablers". They work at correcting the cause of the ailment which is often a nutrient deficiency of some sort. The results are not immediate and have to be measured in weeks, or even months.

Chemical drugs can have serious side effects. If your objective is to increase libido and ejaculation, not treating an ailment, I would not hesitate to try natural products first. Here's is a good article to review :
