It really shouldn't hurt. It may be sensitive, but not painful. If it's painful then you're too rough. You don't need to scrub the area, just wash it like any other part of your body (unless you like scrub scrub your body, but then won't you be raw all over?). If it's too sensitive under the foreskin, just gently wash with water and mild soap, usually there's no need for scrubbing.

After 500 pulls back and forth on my foreskin, it starts to feel real good. After another 500 it feels even better. No, I never feel pain when washing or masturbating, or sex or anything else. I have a healthy penis because I practice healthy living.

i dont havea foreskin so i dont know if it hurts when it is pulled back. but washing and scrubbing the penis is painless. do it everyday. and check your balls too. thats important aswell.

not in the least. in fact, when i pull back the foreskin, it's ususally for partnered sex or masturbation. there's no pain there.
