im 16, and my shoulders dont have a shape, they are plain straight, my shoulders structure isnt wide, like a broad chest and shoulders. I didnt work out before, but i brought a set of dumbells whose weight u can adjust from 5lbs to a 20lbs(max) on each dumbell, so total of 40lbs combined. What exercise would u recommend for me to make my shoulders wider so they have a nice shape(that the girls will hopefully like). : )
suggestion of reps and set isnt necessary but will be appreciated anyway : ).
