im 16, and my shoulders dont have a shape, they are plain straight, my shoulders structure isnt wide, like a broad chest and shoulders. I didnt work out before, but i brought a set of dumbells whose weight u can adjust from 5lbs to a 20lbs(max) on each dumbell, so total of 40lbs combined. What exercise would u recommend for me to make my shoulders wider so they have a nice shape(that the girls will hopefully like). : )

suggestion of reps and set isnt necessary but will be appreciated anyway : ).

Barbell shrugs, you can use straps to hold the heavier weight, or reverse grip, one hand facing in, the other facing out.

Hey man, I'm not sure that any exercise will broaden your shoulders, I think that is just a male thing and not an exercise thing. If it makes you feel any better think that happened closer to 18-19 years of age for me.

You still have a lot of growing up to do. You will have a lot of changes, both physically and mentally. Positive I hope.
