ask her how serious she is about waiting....it sounds like she is moving tward not waiting...let her know how teasing is not pleasing....and can be very unnerving to you. Ahh--sound like you two need to talk (in a fairly public place) to clarify what you both really want to do regarding sex before marriage. She might be glad you really do want to save sex for marriage, but she may also think she has to be sexually appealing to show she does "want" you (maybe she's afraid of losing you...)
