there is no exact answer to that. Are you meaning for a man or a woman?
Women start to lose their sex drive just after marriage. No Just kidding. They lose it after or just before menopause.
Men don't really lose their sex drive but the physical ability decreases around the age of 45 to 48. Some men have Erectile Dysfunction but that doesn't decrease their sexual desires it just prohibits them from getting an erection as they use to on demand of the brain.
The decrease in sexual drives are different for everyone but if you take them as a whole, the reason can be but not limited to age, physical abilities, time, stress, children, marriage,(kidding) and health.

sex drive stays pretty much the same throughout your life. the ability to do something about it may decrease with age, its called erectile dysfunction,(when you can't get it up)

I think with my husband it was about 2 years before I met him. So I will have to say for him it was at about 24! Poor me I was 2 years to late!
