when I eat, I immediately feel full, and can't finish my meal. Why?

me too, but then I get hungry an hour later. I always thought I just had a small stomach (the actual stomach sac itself). Someone told me if I force myself to eat larger portions then my stomach will stetch and I will need more food to feed it. I don't want to do that and get a belly. I prefer to eat several small meals per day instead.
