No man... this is not true. Unfortunately, there is no product out there that will increase the size of your penis. However, you can improve its function and skin condition, both of which are more important than size anyway. All you need is a penis health creme. Simply apply it once a day and you will be golden. sorry, but this is a false one...coco butter is mostly good for preventing stretch marks with pregnancy or weight gain....otherwise, no cream will make a penis bigger permanently. Any time you rub a cream on and masturbate, it will get bigger for awhile, but eventually the blood flow slows and it returns.....who knows, maybe i'm wrong, but most are just the right size...just know how to use it...
