He falls asleep standing up even after a full nights rest, and he sleeps all night and most of the day and still falls asleep while talking to you. We are seeing a doctor next week but I was wondering if it might be depression. Any thoughts?

I am sick. My stomach feels like a witches cauldron of bubbly acid and it is producing a smell in my mouth that makes me taste and smell like poopy diapers. I am afraid to even talk to people fearing that my breath mouth will smell like poop. I have taken tums/pepto/other assorted meds to try and get rid of it. I do not have it in the morning, it comes on at like 11 am and then for the rest of the day I taste smell poop. Someone help..>..

I have been with my boyfriend for almost a year and he has always had a loud cough. He coughs for about 10 minutes and then he's fine for a while. He tends to sniff very sharply and I think this causes the flem to go down the back of his throat which then makes him cough, and he brings the flem up again. I saw a home movie of him about 10 years ago and he had it then. He's reluctant to go to the doctor as he thinks he wont be able to help and will only give him medicine he doesn't need.
Its very loud, and I hate listening to him cough all the time.

i am 69 yrs. old with the normal aging process of my penis shrinking. how can i manage urinating without peeing all over my pants and legs. i have tried using a urinal but this doesn't always work efficiently. my stream is not always strong strong enough to clear my sac so that i end up dribbling down my leg or on my pants.
