Big step---you can lose friends easy if they are not into that and you seem agressive. Go camping, always a great way to loosen up with other guys in talking about sex. You can have some private conversations, and have fun skinny dipping. At night, when there is nothing else to do, as you lay in your tent, talk about sex and just use your instinct to see what your friend thinks or wants. Don't pressure, close friends are far more valuable than sexual pleasure. You can always get off, you can't always get best friends.
