Your sensitivity is rather normal. The foreskin is meant to protect the head of the penis, to keep it sensitive. If you want to expose your glans (penis head) by keeping your foreskin retracted, there isn't really anything wrong with that. Just keep it clean and don't overdo it.
In your case though you'll want to slowly desensitize the sensitive area a little over time. First you can pull your foreskin back and expose it to the air, after a time that'll desensitize it a bit. Then you can try the boxers and see. If at anytime it gets to be too much, just pull your foreskin back over it. At least unlike a circumcision you can control how much sensitivity you can handle, rather than having it be overly sensitive for a few weeks, then have it comparatively unsensitive forever afterwards. You can disregard anyone who suggests a circumcision, unless you have some serious medical problem with your foreskin (which I'm assuming you don't).

This is completely normal for an intact male. Just leave the foreskin over the head except when washing and you will be fine. DO NOT listen to the idiotic ramblings about getting circumcised. There is nothing wrong and no reason to get yourself mutilated that way.Maybe if all girls were circumcised at birth the female population would see things in a different perspective instead of always saying GET IT CUT. The risk of disease is so small that it is not worth talking about but the females all want to talk about something they have not had any experience with on their bodies. So to re say it it just keep the foreskin pulled over the Head and do not worry

Don't quite follow what yer saying. If yer foreskin hurts, you should see a doc. If yer glans is too sensitive when the foreskin's pulled back, don't worry, it's quite normal and when you start *using* yer tool more, it will get better. I assume that when you have a har d on, the sensation's quite different, right? So, the sensitivity won't effect your future love life.
It's prolly not ok re: Yahoo TOS to recommend you to masturbate, but it will help :)
To April G: What yer saying is BS. You're not even a guy and bet the guys yer referring to are cut, too, so they wouldn't know anything except what they've read in books or the pretty extreme cases of bad hygiene & general negligence that need medical care. Circumcision for hygienic reasons is as dumb as lobotomy to avoid colds. I'm not cut, neither are any of my friends, and we don't smell, don't get infected and have great w*nks.

When you still have the foreskin the area will always be sensitive because it never rubs against anything such as your shorts. To change this you need to pull the foreskin back more often and stimulate the area. Thus making it less sensitive to contact. Or go have it removed. It is not a medical problem or disease, just sensitive because never touched. Try doing de-sensitizing a couple times a day until it is bareable for you.

It's natural. It is a protected area and is not used to being irritated by being touched. Leave the skin back for about 1/2 hour and you will notice the sensation lessening. Ideally, you want this protection because it will make sex that much more enjoyable when you are old enough for it.

There's no other way but to get use to it..It's a matter of practice. When not erect pull it back and leave it as long as you can endure and keep repeating it ...eventually you will get use to it...most people who get circumcise gone through the same sensitive period before they get use to it....

The glans, or head of the penis is meant to be sensitive especially when young but the sensitivity diminishes somewhat as one gets older.
Daily washing of the penis, which is recommended, might also help to diminish sensitivity. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, THINK OF CIRCUMCISION THOUGH. YOU WILL LOSE THE IMPORTANT SENSITIVE SEXUAL 'ORGAN' CALLED THE FORESKIN. This is precious to every man and it is a crime against your sons if you ever allow them to be circumcised !!!

You were never circumsized. The foreskin is too tight for your penis head to remain outside. By not being circumsized, you have skin touching skin. Bacteria tend to grow in these areas, because they remain moist and warm. The accumulation of the bacteria is called smegma,it is waxy in some men, and always has an unpleasant odor. It is difficult to keep this area clean, and odor free. What should you do? Ask your parent to make an appointment to get circumsized. This surgery is usually done on male children when they are babies. Some parents believe they are now "enlightened" by not circumsizing their male children. There are groups out there who believe that by doing so, a man's pleasure in sex is reduced. Be assured, that it is not!!!! You future wife will thank you, your un-irritated penis will thank you, and knowing that you are emitting no unpleasant aroma, all of your friends will thank you. Although not terribly common cancer of the penis occurs only in uncircumsized men. Absolute cleanliness is impossible. Helpful???

Peel it down, wash gently, pat dry and grease it up with some vaseline. Do this every night for a few days and it should clear up.
