I started Wellbutrin 150mg just over a week ago. A few days later my left leg began to feel a little sore/painful, almost like a finger that gets kind of out of joint and needs to be "popped" back into place. That feeling continued to escalate to the point I was limping because of the discomfort. After a week on 150mg of Wellbutrin I was to increase to 300mg, which I did. The next morning the pain was so severe, I couldn't walk. When flexed, it was tolerable, but any attempt to straighten it was excruciating. The only time I remember having a pain this bad was childbirth. Fortunately I had some crutches I could use. That was yesterday. I called my doctor and was advised to discontinue the medication. Today was a little better. I can at least walk without the crutches by using my tiptoes on that foot. I can at least tolerate partial weight bearing.
