After surgery, a few days off of it. A few more days of pain and discomfort. Pretty active in a few weeks. Completely normal 6-8 weeks. (That is what happened to me)

This is highly subjective - it depends upon wheather ornot it is torn within the blood flow area or not. If it is within, I'd say a couple of months for a full heal, if not within , then see a doc to get the 'trash' removed w/artroscopic surgery and allow 6 weeks or so and go on....its' as good as its' going to get.

depends on the intensity of the damage, genetics, metabolism & how well you provide for an optimum healing environment ( that includes maintenance esp. for blood flow & inflammation & diet to provide the proper healing nutrients, esp. food, supplements & vitamins.). even lifestyle will have an effect. so, there are too many variables to project a final healing time. the more you help, the faster it will heal. the less you help or get in the way of healing, the more complications you'll have & the longer it will take to heal.
