Skin Conditions - March 2007

I have this rash on the side of my neck, it started out small a few weeks ago, and now has covered the whole right side of my face. It has become very painful and itches uncontroably. i tried using various creams and powders, but it only seems to make thing worse.

I have had acne since i was 15, now i am 22. it is much less severe, but it is still a problem. It also seems that I get acne more in the spring and winter than in the fall and summer. I wash my face twice daily with cetaphil soap, use a neutrogenia non-pore clogging face lotion, and apply topical sulfur and clindamycin. Sometimes I also wash with a beaded exfoliator. I am wondering at what age should I stop having this problem?

I did not injure my elbow and it is not sore yet it looks strange and feels like a bag of water is under my skin. The skin is a little red. The swelling is the size of a small egg and it really feels strange like it is full of fluid. Any idea what this is, it is so odd?

i have really bad acne scars...bad..i have heard oth sides of the vitamin e coin..some poeple swear by it, but there are studies that prove that vitamin e actually made skin worse. i am afraid to take it topically..has anyone taken the pills orally and had success? what about other vitamins?

Does anybody know any cosmetic products that works 100% on removal of scars? (Old and new ones).
I have caramel skin.
Price range does not matter.
I should at least see a positive result after applying the product on everyday in maybe 4-6 months.
I know scars takes time to dissapear.
Some people say that scars NEVER dissapear,but with today's technology I'm POSITIVE that there is SOMEBODY out there that IS HOLDING MY RELIEF AND ANSWER!

If I have to go to a doctor even,it doesn't matter,
I'd like to have the information of the doctor you may have used and have gotten the result you wanted.

I have tried Mederma,Ambi,Palmer's Cocoa butter.... but I think I need something more effective.....

i've never tanned before because i'm a red head and have fair skin. i tan better then most red heads though because i don't have the "normal" red head complexion. (no freckles my skin is a little darker but still pretty fair) one of my friends told me that it would be better for my skin if i went tanning before track started so that i wouldn't get fried my first day outside after being inside becuase of the winter coldness (i live in idaho) would it be better if i do tan before? and if i do decided to do it, how do i do it? i've never been before.
