specifically on the face. if you waxed too hard and irritated it, how do you moisturize it to fix it?

I would use some lotion specifically for your face that is for sensitive skin. Regular hand/body lotion usually have scent to them can be irritating and cause more harm than good.

Moisturizer WILL NOT help skin that is irritated from waxing! In fact, it will only block the inflammed hair follicles and keep them from getting the air they need to recover. If you must apply something, use an aloe-vera skin cream (not gel) in the evening. During the day, avoid wearing makeup on that part of your face (I know it sucks) or the rash will stick around forever! After a few days, gently exfoliate the area with a warm, damp washcloth to keep the new hairs from becoming ingrown. Next time, try threading.

mix some powder of yeast with some water to make a soft paste then apply it on ur face 4 15 minutes then rinse it with water it will make ur irritation go and will moisturize ur skin,i do all the time.
