K.Y by far. Yuck! Vaseline is way top greasy, slap some of that on you and will will take forever to get off, the vaseline i mean!!!

I'm a nurse. Both are equally the same product. K.Y. is easier to use than Vaseline in which has a more stiffer consistency.

Vaseline and baby oil both weaken latex condoms. If you are using them for a sexual purpose, you owe it to yourself to explore the alternatives out there, starting at Astroglide and other stuff you should be able to find at the drugstore. Experiment with what you like, and a decent "toy store" should have at least one person there who will let you know what sells well, what people tend to use for what.
If it's for chapped facial lips, go for Burt's Bees or Badger Balm. Both are non-petroleum based and made with food grade ingredients.

I like KY jelly for my hair - it give it that beautiful , healthy shine and never feels sticky. On the other hand I like Vaseline when I'm repacking the bearings on my trailer.

What are you using it for? KY is the best for sex. It is made for internal use and does not break down the latex of a condom. Vaseline is good for chapped lips and skin.

Depends. KY is used to make sexual intercourse more comfortable. Vaseline can be used for rough or diaper rashed skin. In the old days, vaseline was used for sexual intercourse.

vaseline is petroleum based and is not the best lubricant specifically for sex. ky is better, however, even better and more pleasurable are special sex lubricant products that you can buy at any adult bookstore.
i don't recommend vaseline--its viscosity leads to picking up bacteria which is hard to wash off.
