either gold, surgical steel, or silver.
go in and talk to your piercer, and tell them the situation and ask them to reccomend one.

I think stainless surgical steel is the standard. Unless you are allergic to it, I don't see why it would bother you. I believe that make belly rings with Gold too, which may be a milder metal. Any qualified piercer should be able to help you make a decision though.

I also have sensitive skin, so I always use white gold, and everytime before placing a new ring I desinfect it with either alcohol or peroxide.

this really depends. you may find gold the best but some people are allergic to gold and go for silver or hypoallergenic.if you have pierced ears or other body piercing use the same type of metals as you use for them.

stainless steal is good, but whatever it is make sure it is nickle free, nickle is what most ppl are allergic to
gold is a very soft metal and isn't a good idea for a piercing that is less than a year old

stainless or surgical steel. they do make earrings & jewelry for sensitive skin people that has no nickel in it, which is what usually causes irritation.
