Should I be concerened or what are the signs you are getting cancer from chew? I have a date I'm going to start quitting next week but I'm taking it slow so you don't have to preach to me... thanks

Do you know of any cases where small cell cancer has gone into remission after it has metastasized? My father has it, had 3 sessions of chemo, and feels fine. The cancer has had no effect on him so far.

If you have cancer somewhere in you (and you don't know it-so it's not from the treatment), could this be the cause of itching all over?

My friend's 6 year old son has terminal cancer. He has been bravely fighting this disease for two years and his mother has been unable to work due to her son's treatment schedule. She also has a two year old daughter that she must shuffle back and forth to caretakers while she is in the hospital (an hour away from home) with her sick boy. Six months ago, her car was repossesed for non-payment because she couldn't afford it. She receives only enough assistance from the government to pay for rent and some bills. A local cancer charity has allowed her the use of a car to get back and forth to treatments, but that won't last forever. We just got news that her son has two to six months to live and I'm sure she won't be able to go back to work right away. Any suggestions?

My boyfriend was diagnosed with brain tumor 2-3 years ago. He stops taking any medicine and treatment after he thinks he has okay. But, for the past few months, his head feel sick again. It’s just like before, when he was sick. Now, he did not take any medicine because if he did, he easily forgetting many things. Nobody knows about this even his family and friends except me. But, thanks to god, I succeed to persuade him to seeing the doctor. today, now, i want to accompany him to do check up with the doctor. I just want to know what I should do, should I go with him to the doctor's room or waiting outside. What should i say if the results are bad? How can i tell his mother about his illness? (His family doesn't know about that).what the doctor will do?

if he must stay in ward tomorrow, I’m the one who must tell his family. That’s our promise..

The two that died with ALS worked close to each other. With the millions, and millions spent just on that one disease you would think they would luck up somehow.

Why can't we cure & prevent cancer? One answer given about twenty years ago that they have missed, or overlooked the findings over the years and do not have the resorces to go back.
