The Doctor says my lung capacity is just over 50%. I have always felt like that a bit, 16 years ago I was yawning while I was excercising, what does that mean??? Now I get puffed doing anything, I have had all the tests and can't find anything wrong.

help! had a really heavy night last night and about two hours sleep. i have been in work since 8am and need to stay awake!! what can i do? i have 2 and a half hours to go!! ive had pro plus lucozade and coffee all day long. what now????

My daughter gets a patch of small blisters on the back of her leg just below her right buttock about every 3 months or so. Her leg swells in that area and gets red and tender then itches and a patch of blisters pops up. The tiny blisters burst, then scab over in about a week and slough off. She also says she gets tenderness in her r groin. Could this be herpes. I dont know what to tell her? I thought herpes only came in genital area's. She says she doesnt have the blisters on her genital area.

My child(17) feet,ankles,and legs swell everytime warm water or if she wears socks and shoes.Why is that? She is not overweight and when she was younger she was diagnosed boreder line type 2 diabetic, but was tested years later and found that she was okay. Could this be related to this? What are some reasons this may happen?

Right now my allergies are killing me! I take 2 allergy shots a week and right now I'm taking singulair,zyrtec and to mucinex pills a day. And Im still really bad. Im all sneezy and my eyes are itchy and I'm all stopped up. Does anyone know of anything I can do to help with all that. My mom thinks I need to get retested again do you think that will help? Anyone else with allergies?

Our cat had some chin acne (from drooling, the vet said). It's gone away gradually over the summer (when she is getting more warmth and sun). We live in Wisconsin, and soon it won't be as sunny or warm by our windows, so what could we do to replace it?

I don't know if it's the Vitamin D that healed her chin or just the warmth of the sun. Any suggestions on what we can do to help her during the winter months? We'd rather not use ointments and other unnatural things on her, if we can help it.

Does anyone know for sure what about the sun might have helped her, and if there are any safe and natural replacements for it?

i am 37 and have been suffering with pains in my arms, it feels like deep bone pain, worse at night, i put it down to having 5 children and wear and tear over the years. i went to my gp as was noticing i was feeling unwell tired and losing weight, my weight is usually 9st 2. i now weigh 7st12, which is quite low for me. my doctors done some blood tests and my iron count was 7. so she has given me some iron tablets. im really worried as dont understand how its become so low as i dont have heavy periods at all. has anyone got similar symptons would relly help if anyone knows anything to put my mind at rest. I have to go back in 2 wks for my iron level to be checked again to see if it goes up.
