The Doctor says my lung capacity is just over 50%. I have always felt like that a bit, 16 years ago I was yawning while I was excercising, what does that mean??? Now I get puffed doing anything, I have had all the tests and can't find anything wrong.

If your lungs have only 50% capacity, that's your problem right there.
Or if you are a smoker...
However their are a variety of reasons this could be happening.
Do you fall asleep easily during the day?
If so, you could very well have sleep apnea. This is a pause in breathing during sleep. As a result, you are not getting enough oxygen. Most patients with sleep apnea sleep with an oxygen mask.
Yawning can be a sign of poor oxygen. When we yawn, it's generally because we need some oxygen.
You could also have allergies.
Many people who have never been allergic to anything, can develop allergies. A symptom of allergies can be SOB. If that is the case, you can start with over-the-counter allergy relief, such as Clarinex or Benadryl.
Also, asthma is a possibilty..
Have you had a pulmonary function test (PFT) done? If not, have a study done. Make sure it is ordered with the methacholine challenge. This will be the most effective way to diagnose any respiratory problems.

More water certainly wouldn't hurt.

Did the doctor say why you have a problem with your lung capacity? If not, ask him until you know. As for yawning while exercising, your body was trying to get more oxygen in it.
