What I try to do is keep my mind active.... if you sit without any activity you'll fall asleep!! Red Bull etc is only a short fix, they just pump sugar into your system which will keep you going for a few minutes but you will feel even more tired after. Try cold water.... to drink and wash your face. Coffee or Tea would do the trick for you, but if you drink too much of it you can feel awful after!

Pull an emo and start cutting yourself. The blinding pain and hot liquid running down your wrists should keep you awake.
If not, you could also try blasting really loud music whilst pouring an ice cold pitcher of water on your head whilst doing the Cha Cha Slide...

oh no ! can u open a window ? drink water, walk round if you can. pop some info on yahoo, and i will talk to u keep u awake ! ( I feel the same. yuk ! Just debating if I dare to go out tonight, or stay in with a chinese ?) (meal I mean, lol) !

What work do you do. If you can't concentrate you shouldn't work. You can make mistakes. Tell your boss and go home. Drink lots of fluids in the meantime.

Finish your day, go home, take a nice warm shower, take two 25mg. diphenhydramine (benadryl). and go to be. However, be sure to set your alarm clock. My last comment is: You are fully aware of the source of your fatigue, but you just want someone to succor you. Grow up.
