What is a product that, naturally, gets rid of acne and that is gentle on your skin.-one that isn't harsh to your skin and that doesn't have excess chemicals in it ? More specificly, products that are good for oily, blemished skin and that make your skin healthy and clear.

I suffer from depression off and on for years and I have been diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder.last february.I am not feeling any better and I am sick,sick,sick of taking anti depressants and anxiety drugs.Could these drugs be keeping me sick? I get lot's of therapy and go to groups,I see a therapist every week and a phsyicologist every 2 weeks.

I have diarrhoea. My tummy started feeling funny yesterday, and then early this morning it all broke loose. Anyway, I’m going with the theory that I’ve got some mild food poisoning. Question is, what can I do to stop it? I’m drinking warm water, as suggested by my mum, but I’m also getting tummy cramps now, nothing too severe but strong enough for me to pop pain killers.
Is there anything I can eat to stop this?

2 websites said completely opposite things. Which one is correct?

One said it increases the activation of GABA which them lowers serotonin and dopamine and contributes to their breakdown, and then another website says green tea increases overall serotonin and dopamine levels (with no real mentions of GABA).
