Liquids are absorbed quicker, not necessarily better. Phyto based vitamins/supplements in either form absorb many times better than synthetics, but the liquids will get in quicker.

I have tried both and cannot say I have seen a marked difference.

LIQUID VITAMINS HAVE A VERY
HIGH ABSORPTION RATE
AND ARE BIO-AVAILABLE.

Natural vitamins in a liquid form means that a smaller amount of ingredients are able to acheive the same results
as larger 'Synthetic' doses.
Unlike tablets and capsules they don't require binders to keep them together, disintegrators to help breakup or artificial colors / flavors / sweeteners or wax coating materials.

You can do a simple test to see if your tablets / capsules are being absorbed. Soak one of your tablets/capsules in a small container of vinegar. It should start to dissolve within 30 minutes.
