The most popular things for general relaxation are Valerian, Chamomile, and Hops.... but some people actually wake up when they take these and are just very relaxed.
There are also some supplements that can help with stress and relaxation if you wanted natural help for that. There is St. John's Wort, SAMe, some B-Vitamins, GABA, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine.

If you're looking for non-ingested things, try using a hobby that can distract yourself from your work (like something you can do on your breaks). I know people that read, write, cross-stitch, knit (among dozens of other crafts), play basketball (among other exercising options), do puzzle books/magazines, listen to music (MP3 player, CD player, radio, etc), play computer games (or hand-held electronic games), play cards, etc, etc..... you could even play around on Yahoo Answers and answer people's questions when you're not busy ;-)
There are so many things, just try a few that you enjoy and that you find relaxing in normal situations. If you can't find anything to help with the tension and/or your anxiety at work, it may be best to find a better job that you like. Good luck!

talk about your problems
'escape' into books, movies or games
give in occasionally - it's easier on your system
ease up on criticism - don't expect too much of others or yourself
do things you enjoy and have some fun
tackle one thing at a time
take a rest from being competitive
kisses

By knowing you are already doing what you can do. Have fun with what you are doing. Your not going to do more or better by feeling tense. Play with what you are doing and appreciate what you have done.
