I saw part of an infomercial with Trudeau. He claims that he knows natural remedies for many illnesses, from depression to cancer, which he has apparently listed in one of his books. But can this man be trusted?

I have high blood pressure, for example, among other things. I went to look at the natural remedy in one of his books, and it said things such as the following:

1. Raw extra virgin coconut oil
2. Flax and flax seed oil
3. Vitamin E
4. Natural sunlight

And so forth.

Is this a bunch of baloney, or is it accurate? How can I know that this man can be trusted?

Has anyone read his books, or does anyone have hardcore, factual information about his claims?

I get hormonal migraines and have tried all kinds of medications for them. Nothing seems to work on a consistant basis. My big problem is the rebound headache from the meds. I usually end up in a dark room for several days waiting it out in agony. Have you tried acupuncture or are you a practioner and know that it may work?

please do not answer this if you have never tried it! i am asking because marijuana is not a drug, it is a plant. it grows just like every other plant, and when dried and smoked it causes very pleasent effects. it is not intoxicating (in the sense that alcohol is) and can be used as an herbal relaxant, inspiration, mood elevator, etc. there is no reason for it to be illegal- if it was legalized....any "crime" attributed to it would dissappear, because people would be able to grow it and enjoy it without the pressure of illegality. so, legal?

recently a young man , age 18, was diagnosed with cancer. he got together with his parents and made a collective agreement to try herbal treatments instead of kemotherapy for moral reasons. not much later, the boy and his parents were sued and forced to recieve kemo. wouldn't the moeny spent in the court room be better spent helping other families that cannot afford the doctors?

Do you think it is possible for certain modern pharmaceutical drugs to cause energy blockages, such as psychological medications who have sexual side effects causing a block in the second (sacral) plexus chakra? (Do you believe the physical [side] effects of medications can affect the energetic body?)

Thanks in advance!

Ok I would've put this on another forum...but looking at some of the questions there...it doesn't seem like too many people actually look at those specific type of questions.

I have lower to middle back pain...it feels like my muscles are in a ball and need to be stretched out. I try and pop my back, but that doesn't do any good. Although I must say that's how it feels...like I need to have my back popped. Has anyone ever had any similar problems? If so...what do you do? I've taken Aleve...and have also used ICY HOT...nothing works.
