If you mean generally, then you need to sit down, eat lots of food and be a slob, a healthier heart has a lower pace due to the strength of it, some atheletes have a pace down in the 30's sometime even lower.
If you mean in short bursts, Step aerobics or any fast movement, run up 10 stairs that will even do it!

Salt. Exercise while you are doing it but in the long run it will lower it. Thinking, or seeing something that excites you. Being confronted with a situation, fear based (fight or flight). Bio-feedback can raise it. There are probably a lot more but these came to mind.
