Frankly, Tabex seems to work like patches and other nicotine substitutes available in this country. Its main ingredient is a weak form of nicotine. my father, bank officer told me debit cards are very dangerous to use, especially for buying. any one can hack it and use it. better to consult a banker before doing it.
