Find a Chiropractor in your area that practices Neuro Emotional Technique. It is truly amazing how well it works and how much better you will feel after one month on regular visits. Absolutly amazing.

If there is nothing wrong with you , then massage is very relaxing.
If you have a health problem , try a Traditional Chinese Doctor. Acupuncture can be especially good but a bit freaky if you are scared of needles like I am but I tried acupuncture and it solved my problems . Also the Chinese herbal medicine can be very good.

Aromatheraphy. You get a really good massage plus the essential oils can help with so many different ailments. I,m an Holistic therepist and thats the one i prefer. Reiki good expeirience and you feel great after it but if its your first time i,d stick with aroma.

I've heard a lot of good things about acupuncture. So many in fact that I'd get over my mild phobia of needles to try it out.

I like different types of massage and stretching therapies - like reiki, thai massage, rolfing, reflexology...

non invasive, because I could never handle acupuncture, and relaxing.

I would definitely go for acupuncture, I went for it a couple of years ago for a bad shoulder pain, it was amazing! havent had any pain in that area since. I was lucky as my G.P did it for me.
