We want to eat healthy but don't have a lot of money for all organic foods, etc., and we don't want any fad diets. Just looking for some simple recipie ideas, or helpful hints. Mainly we want to lose some weight and lower cholestrol, blood pressure, etc. So we need ideas for all meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner and maybe even some snack ideas for people who love salty and sweet but are sick of the extra poundage?
