Dad's coming for dinner tomorrow. Is it safe to get my meatloaf ready tonight, cook it for about 45 minutes (not completely done), stick it in the refrigerator, then finish cooking it the next day?? (I dont want the "dried meatloaf" taste, but I dont have time to cook the entire thing the night dad's coming over.) And no, I dont have a crockpot. (It broke just last week). =-(

No Cocoa-Puffs or Cookie Crisp or any sugary crap like that...By healthy, I mean low in sugar, high in fiber, and whole grain.

Some of my favorites are Cracklin' Oat Bran, Nature Valley's new Oats and Honey, and Whole Grain Cheerios.

Those all provide a healthy start to your morning, and they are very tasty, too!

I'm not a fat person. I just don't like things "TooSweet". The food industry seems to believe that, "Sweeter is Better". this really bothers me becase its in everything we eat. Example, Spagetti Sauce. I have to add one can of stewed tomato's to it to make it edible. Regardless of the brand. Same with barbecue sauce, ketchup,ect....Even baby food!

Simple enough you'd think.... "the consumption of hot food at your desk is now prohibited. Tea, coffee, & other hot beverages are allowed", so, can we drink hot soup ? What would you class it as, a hot snack or a hot beverage ? The fate of workplace harmony rests in your hands, please vote now : )
