I heard that the skin of some fruits and vegetable are almost healthier than the fruit inside, is this true and how do I know the facts about the nutrition includes eating the skin or not

Most of the vitamins are in the skin. This includes vegetables as well. This is why some people prefer the baby potatoes - so that they can eat he skin

Under Google "Nutrition Facts & Calorie Counter" the data they supply does include the skin (apples) but applies only to the actual fruit on "bananas" "oranges" "kiwi" "cantaloupe" etc.

There are probably better sources, but this is the first one I found in response to your question.....

Apples are probably valued with the skin, as are potatoes. Oranges and bananas wouldn't be. You would have to use common sense while figuring which would include skin or not. If the skin itself is edible, I would say that, yes it includes the skin.

Nutrition info includes only edible parts. Skin on an apple: yes. Skin on an orage: no.

you do remember you pass all the food you eat that the body has no need or place to store.
so forget the science YOU cannot count the information of your bodys needs.
eat a well rounded diet .
relax.
