if that were true, they wouldnt be able to sell it, there ARE sanitary rules to food factories you know,
all the shells are is sugar
they make the chocolate bits in molds
they put the pieces into tumblers, and pour the sugary coat onto them, (its a liquid at this point) and as the m&ms tumble, they are coated with this sugar, they repeat this untill the coating is thick as desired
then they add coloring, and they get their color, as they contnue to tumble

that is false! Honestly...... have you ever seen fly feces? Ever? In your entire life?! How would they even go about harvesting that to use?! Ridiculous.
