No Cocoa-Puffs or Cookie Crisp or any sugary crap like that...By healthy, I mean low in sugar, high in fiber, and whole grain.
Some of my favorites are Cracklin' Oat Bran, Nature Valley's new Oats and Honey, and Whole Grain Cheerios.
Those all provide a healthy start to your morning, and they are very tasty, too!

Porridge is the only type I like.Flahavans Progress Oatlets, or Odlums.These are the brands Available in Ireland.Porridge does not agree with me but I will eat it on Occasion. I do not like any of the other Cereals Like Kellogs , Wheatabix or anything else they do not agree with me either. I hate Muesli I usually eat Wholegrain Bread with a Sardine or Tuna and sometimes a boiled Egg in the Morning for Breakfast with at least two mugs of Tea.

I really like Basic 4, but it costs an arm and a leg. Where I live, it's over $4 a box and I get less than 13 oz.
I also like Kashi Heart to Heart. It's delicious, as is their blueberry almond cereal.
You can never go wrong with oatmeal though!
