I brown bag my lunch everyday & starting this week began cutting my turkey sandwich diagonally instead of horizontally (which I have for years). Something seems different with the sandwich cut diagonally. I can't quite pinpoint it but feel I'm getting less of a sandwich cutting it diagonally. I'm beginning to think the angle in which the knife is inserted to cut the sandwich somehow absorbs or erodes its contents. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there anywhere I can find out if this is a fact?

We buy a good amount of organic foods for our 1 year old son and it is so expensive. Over $4 for a half gallon of milk and $2.50 for 6 eggs.
