IS SPRING WATER OR PURIFIED WATER BETTER?

as long as the spring water is un-polluted (some contaminants can leach through the ground into the underwater springs), i would vote for that. pure spring water contains natural minerals that can be beneficial to humans. purified water is second, as since it is highly filtered it will have lost some of its nutrients, and it can sometimes contain chlorine.

I get Dasani at the store if I am out and about but at home I have the best water filter made by Amway(now I think they are called Qwikstar or Qwester or something like that).
Purified would be better than spring.. you dont 'know what else is in spring water.

Spring or Purified are both fine just stay away from distilled.
Spring water has been filitered and so has purified, but spring water seems to imply the water source was cleaner to start off with.

most people dont know this but water like evian or most other bottled water is the same water that comes out of your facet...there is no water that is really better for you. water is just meant to hydrate you.
