For the wrestling team at school. I want to make them goodie bags for the tournament we have Friday/Saturday. I'm not sure what to put in them though, because wretslers are kind of like "health nuts" during the days leading to and the day of tournaments. Any ideas on what I can put in them?


--I don't want to spend a whole lot on doing this for them, so please make suggestions that are within a reasonable spending amount.

Does anyone know the 8 different flavors in the Sevigny's Thin Ribbon Candy box?

Yum - a great Christmas memory from my past, that I shared with my kids tonight, but we couldn't figure out one flavor - and weren't quite sure on another.

ps - I found it for $8.99 on line, and $1.69 at my local grocery store. Shop around!!

Things that have been pickled or cured practicaly last forever. I figured that there would be a few pickled Dodo eggs around somewhere, even if they're a million dollars each. I searched the internet, and someone on some kinda upper-class forum mentioned having a pickled Dodo egg salad. Are there actually pickled Dodo eggs still around?

here is some writing off of a label of food. im looking at it and i dont think it's as unhealthy as i thought...

CALORIES- 90
from fat- 10
TOTAL FAT- 1g
saturated fat- 0g
trans fat- .5g
CHOLESTEROL- 0mg
SODIUM- 55mg
TOTAL CARBOHYDRATE- 20g
dietary fiber- 0g
sugars- 13g
PROTEIN- 0g
VITAMIN C- 25%
*not a significant source od vitamin A, calcium and iron (idk if that has anything important)

now i know that this isnt HEALTHY caus ther eis no protein, but i thought there would be like a millions sugar and a bunch of fat and the bad calories and stuff.

the ingrediants say it also has citric acid and maltic acid. i dont know how bad that acid is or anything... being only like 14.
and it even says things like "pears from concentrate" or "grape juce from concentrate"

also, as a little game :D lets see if anyone can guess what food this is :D yay!



oh and freakishly is officially my word :D ahah. jk. you can OWN word.
