I have 2 Le Creuset frying pans that have the non stick coating flaking off, after many years of use. I love the pans, and would like to get them recoated, rather than buy new ones.

Now that the kids are all in school. I would like to work but I don't really think I would be good at it anymore. LOL. Too old to do what someone else wants, their way! Anyway, I thought to myself what do I like to do? What am I good at? The answer to both is cooking. And everyone else I know seems to hate to cook. So I thought I could list about 40 different food items and let people pick what they want to eat. Tell (email) them the groceries they would need to buy, then I would go to their house while they were at work and make their dinner. Has anyone ever heard of this? My friends seem to think it is a great idea. I'm going to do a practice run an them for the next couple of weeks to see how it all works. I was thinking to charge. $20 for a day, $80 if you go the week, and $300 with a loaf of homemade bread and a dessert per week thrown in if you go the month

Weird question but a week or two ago I saw a tupperware for salad, and in the lid there wasa separate section for dressing, so you could carry both together but only apply the dressing when it was needed. Now I can't find it and was wondering if anyone would know where I could find something even remotely similar?

i always end up with an unedible rind that is impossible to eat.
i have heard that if you rub salt into score marks on the rind before cooking that it would achieve a crispy crackling. is this true?

I have brass spoons, knives and forks. The stamp on each handle is a little square with a smaller square within it, where the name brand might go. Can anyone give me any info about these utensils?
