The rule of thumb on this question would be 2lbs. per person. If cooked right....you wont have any left over. Crab...Mmmmmm. thanks for the craving....lol Enjoy!

i say a good 4-5 pounds since crab isnt too filling, but at least it tastes good

i think that 3 pounds would be rather enough. don't forget that you have your rice ,salad ,whatever!
