I am going to be trying a new diet soon, where I eat fruits one day, vegetables the next, etc. The food I can consume varies day-by-day. However, there is a little problem...I do not care for vegetables. I like corn, but I can't eat it with this diet. So I need to eat tomatoes, steamed veggies, etc. I do eat salad tho.
So what are some tips on how I can eat these vegetables without vomitting, feeling sick, even just avoiding them all together?
NOTE: Some of you might be saying to yourself or ask, "If you hate vegetables, why are you doing this diet?" Well the answer is simple... it's because I need too!
